Satay Tofu Strir-fried

Ingredients 

105g fried Tofu

50g broccoli, roughly chopped

50g zucchini, cut into half moons

50g capsicum, sliced

50g mushroom, cut in quarter

45g onion, sliced

60g Golden Sabai Satay sauce

1 tbsp canola oil


Method 

1. Make sure all ingredients are chopped and ready to be cooked. Set aside.

2. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.

3. Put tofu and all vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add a bit of water and cook for another minute. 5. Add Golden Sabai Satay sauce then mix through.

6. Toss to coat all ingredients. And cook for a few minutes..

7. Serve immediately over rice goldensabaiau
