pad see-ew
Ingredients
2 eggs
400g flat rice noodles
170g sliced chicken breast
226g broccoli, roughly chopped
2tbsps canola oil
Method
In the large pan, heat 2 tbsps oil
Cook the eggs, slight stir to scramble it
Add chicken and cook until cooked through, stir a few times
Add broccoli and cook for another a few minutes
Add noodle and cook until soft
Add the Golden Sabai Pad See-ew sauce and toss to coat all ingredients
Serve immediately
