Thai Lemongrass Prawn & Broccolini Stir-fry

Ingredients 

145g banana prawns, peeled and deveined

150g broccolini, roughly chopped

65g carrot, cut into matchsticks

25g Golden Sabai Lemongrass sauce

1tbsp canola oil


Method 

Heat your oil in a large pan.

Add your prawns and cook for one minute, flipping a few times.

Add all vegetables and cook another 2-3 minutes (you can use a bit of water if pan seems too dry)

Mix in your Golden Sabai lemongrass sauce

Stir as the sauce bubbles and thickens. Toss the veggies and prawns to coat evenly.

Serve immediately over rice!
